激光烧蚀靶材蒸发波模型的气体动力学与冲量耦合系数计算

摘要

本论文在Krokhin蒸发波模型气体动力学方程组的基础上,考虑了固体靶的熔解热以及沉积在液体层中的能量,通过迭带计算求解了激光烧蚀Al、Cu、Si、Ge样品材料时蒸发波的温度、压强、出射速度以及密度等气体动力学参量;利用改进的Pirri模型,计算了短脉冲激光与靶材料相互作用过程中的冲量耦合系数,讨论了样品尺寸以及光斑大小对于冲量耦合系数的影响.

Title

Calculation of gas dynamic parameters and impulse-coupling coefficient for laser ablation of a target

Abstract

Krokhin's self-similar gas dynamic model was modified in this paper by taking into account of fusion heat of irradiated material and heating of evolving liquid layer. The modified equations were solved numerically, giving values of temperature, pressure, velocity, and density of laser induced vaporization wave. Impulse-coupling coefficient between pulsed laser and irradiated target in the atmosphere background was calculated with a modified Pirri's model. Influence of target dimension and laser spot size on impulse-coupling coefficient between laser and irradiated target was discussed.
