信息化背景下体验式心理培训对教师发展模式的牵引

摘要

从传统教育的弊端入手,就"体验"这个新视角,对心理培训的内涵、目的、互动模式以及四种教育理念的转化等进行深入探讨,从而建构出一套全方位、多层次、立体化的体验式心理培训模式。为信息化时代背景下教师教育发展探索新路径,也为新课程改革注入新活力,更为教师心理优化与专业成长增添其时代性内涵。

Traction on the mode of teacher development by experience-based psychological training

Abstract

The disadvantages of traditional education were reviewed, the new perspective of experience was adopted, to discuss psychological training connotation, objectives, interactive mode and transformation of four types of education ideas. The ultimate goal was to assemble an experiential psychological training mode which is comprehensive in range, multi-level, and three-dimensional. The aim was to develop new perspectives for teacher education development, to inject new vitality into new curriculum reform, and to modernize psychological optimization and professional development of teachers.
