正电子发射断层显像剂的氟-18标记

摘要

氟-18正电子发射断层显像是建立在放射性核素示踪技术基础上的无创成像技术,可体外无损伤、定量、动态 地在分子水平上观察人体内的药物分布,病灶的早期诊断和早期治疗是提高生存率和改善愈后与生活质量的关键,而 氟-18正电子发射断层显像剂的标记合成是重要的前提条件.本文分类介绍了常用的氟-18标记的显像剂的制备方法. 氟-18放射性标记的主要方法有:磺酸酯类亲核取代反应、季铵盐类亲核取代反应、卤交换反应、click反应、脱硝氟代反 应等.氟-18正电子发射断层显像剂选择合适的标记方法可以提高其放化产率,更适合其在临床的应用推广.

Title

Radiosynthesis of fluorine-18 labeled PET imaging agents

Abstract

General methods of fluorine-18 labeled positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agents are reviewed. Labeling include sulfonic esters nucleophilic reaction, quaternary ammonium nucleophilic reaction, halogen exchange reaction, Click reaction and denitro-fluorination reaction. Optimal labeling improves radiochemical yields of PET imaging agents. PET is a dynamic non-invasive quantitative molecular imaging diagnosis method, which is based on the nuclear tracer technique. It has been the most effective technology for detecting tumors and cardiovascular diseases with high sensitivity and specificity. It is very important for early diagnosis and cures to improve the survival rate. Obviously, a suitable radiosynthesis which is the precondition must have great influence on the development of fluorine-18 labeled tumor agents.
