农作物种植面积遥感估算优化研究——抽样单元

摘要

及时且准确的获取农作物种植面积信息,对于粮食产量的估算和预测是至关重要的,同时也对我国制定科学合理的粮食政策、经济计划和管理措施,确保国家粮食安全具有重要意义.抽样技术与遥感技术的结合为获取农作物种植面积提供了行之有效的解决思路.本文系统梳理了农作物种植面积遥感估算的抽样设计中抽样单元大小和形状的优化方法,并以浙江省平湖市为例探讨了抽样单元大小和形状对估算结果的影响.研究表明:(1)现行的抽样单元最优尺寸计算方法可分为平均地块法、成本控制法和考虑空间相关性的统计分析方法3大类,但由于每种优化方法判断准则和指标构建存在差异,造成最优化尺寸存在不同,在实际应用中需要根据需求选择适宜的抽样单元最优尺寸确定方法;(2)在浙江省平湖市的实例分析中,通过对规则抽样单元和不规则抽样单元估算结果的CV、RRMSE和变差的对比,看出在平湖市使用规则抽样单元比不规则抽样单元更有优势,而对于抽样单元最优尺寸的确定,由于每种方法的判断准则和指标不同结论并不一致.

Abstract

Precise and prompt information acquisition of crop area is essential for prediction and estimation of crop yield, and will be of great importance for the management of agricultural commodities, enactment of sound food policy and economic plan, these are all significant for national food security. It is known that combining sampling technology with remote sensing data is feasible. Optimization of sampling unit could be done in two different ways: size and shape of sampling unit. These methods were tested with remote sensing data from Pinghu county in Zhejiang province. Methods used in the past could be divided into 3 groups: averaged patch size, controlled cost and spatial correlation analysis. Different theory and index lead to different ‘optimal sampling unit size’, thus the preferred method for optimizing sampling unit depends on project requirements. For the Pinghu county project the CV, RRMSE and variation based on regular shape and irregular shape of sampling unit are compared, the former is recommended. Optimum size of samples derived from different methods is different because the criteria for judging optimum size of samples differ in different methods.
