义务教育阶段学校体育场地 器材均衡发展的研究

摘要

场地器材是体育教学的基本元素,义务教育阶段体育教育的均衡发展需要以场地器材的全面发展为基础.采 用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、专家访谈法、观察法等对义务教育阶段学校体育场地器材的发展进行了调查研 究,得出以下结论:中小学体育场地发展相对滞后,整体发展不均衡;生均体育场地面积不足,场地面积和器材配备达标 率不高,场地器材的发展存在地区不均衡、校际不均衡;师生对场地器材的满意度和需求度存在较大差异,现有场地利用 不均衡.通过政策资金保障和倾斜、场地器材资源共享、场地器材联动机制、场地立体化发展、提高体育学科地位和升学 比重等促进场地器材的均衡发展.

Title

On balanced development of sports facilities and sports field in Compulsory Education

Abstract

Sports field and sports facilities are basic elements in physical education (PE). Balanced physical education development in Compulsory Education should be based on all-round development of sports field and sports facilities. The following problems were found in a survey on developments of school sports field and sports facilities. Sports field in primary and middle schools were relatively less-developed and the level of development in each school varied. The area of sports field was found to be far from sufficient per student. Total area of sports field and sports facilities offered by school was below national requirements. Development of sports field and sports facilities varied among districts and schools. Students and teachers were not satisfied with sports field and sports facilities offered by schools. Paradoxically, existing sports field and sports facilities were not effectively used. The survey used related documents, questionaire method, mathematic statics method, expert interview method, and observation method. Such problems could be solved by policy and finance support from the government, the sharing of existing sports field and sports facilities, building of a linkage mechanism of sports field and sports facilities, and by building three-dimensional sports field, boosting of PE status in traditional education, and by improvement of the proportion of PE in entrance examinations.
