渭河生态流势指标体系的构建与应用

摘要

本文在广泛参考已有生态流势指标的基础上, 重点借鉴了水文改变程度指标(IHA)和台湾生态水文指标系 统(TEIS) , 结合渭河当地水生态特点, 提出了适用于渭河生态流势指标体系(FRISW). 在此基础上, 采用变化范围法(RVA)分析了渭河关中段林家村、魏家堡、咸阳、临潼和华县5站生态流势的改变程度.FRISW 共分为4组指标,分别反 映了河道流量的变化率、极端流量数值、频率及持续时间、时间分布. 研究结果表明: 不同组指标所反映的渭河改变程度有所差异, 其中林家村和临潼站的生态流势在1986年后受人类活动影响高度改变, 表明今后的水资源管理和水生态保工作中应重视上游林家村站和下游临潼站的径流改变.

Ecological flow regime indicator system for the Wei River

Abstract

An indicator system for the Wei River , China , the Flow Regime Indicator System for the Wei River (FRISW) , is proposed . This indicator system has referred to previous systems proposed by others , especially the indicators of hydrologic alteration (IHA) and the taiwan ecohydrology indicator system (TEIS) , and the local aquatic ecosystem charact eristics of the Wei River . Range of variation approach (RVA) was then used to analyze changes in flow regime based on FRISW, which consists of four groups , reflecting magnitude , frequency , duration , timing and change rate of extreme flows . It was found that flow regimes at two sites, Linjiacun and Lintong , have been markedly altered by human activities since 1986 , therefore in future water resources management and aquatic conservation more attention should be paid at these two sites .
